From her very first pageant at just three months old to being crowned Ms. New England Petite 2026, Payton has lived a life filled with sparkle, service, and purpose.

A proud mother of two, Payton balances grace and grit in everything she does. She is a professional pageant makeup artist and award-winning photographer, recognized for her artistry through her businesses — Radiant Artistry by Payton Alana and The Perfect 10 . Beyond beauty, she’s a visionary leader and philanthropist with a heart for giving back.

At just thirteen years old, Payton founded her platform “Payton’s Partners in Service,” which has since partnered with over 30 organizations and helped raise more than $5 million for families and children in need. Her dedication has earned her multiple Presidential Gold Community Service Awards and even a day named in her honor in her hometown of Conway, South Carolina.

Now based in Boston, Payton continues to make an impact through creativity, compassion, and community. Whether she’s organizing community service events or mentoring young girls to chase their dreams, she leads with authenticity and heart.

Payton’s mission is simple yet powerful — to remind others that no dream is too big, no act of kindness too small, and that true beauty shines from within.

Siouxzan Feller proudly represents New England as your Elite Ms. New England Petite 2026, promoting empowerment and resilience through her platform, Crowns of Inspiration, Inc. - Inspire, Achieve, Succeed, She advocates for survivors and individuals rebuilding their confidence after adversity.

As a healthcare professional and patient advocate, Siouxzan serves diverse communities with compassion and cultural understanding. Her work in healthcare fuels her passion for uplifting others, fostering self-worth, and creating meaningful pathways toward healing.

A proud multicultural woman, Siouxzan values representation, inclusivity, and service. Outside of pageantry, she enjoys family life with her husband and childhood sweetheart, Jamie, and their three grown children who inspire her everyday. 

Throughout her reign, Siouxzan strives to expand her outreach, collaborate with community organizations, and inspire others to embrace their strength and carry their crown, real or invisible, with courage.

Ellianna is 8 years old and in the 3rd grade. She loves skiing, ice skating, acting, playing softball, and painting. Her platform, Paws for a Cause, helps local animal shelters by collecting blankets, food, and toys for pets in need. Ellianna started her project because she loves animals and wants to remind everyone to be kind to them. When she grows up, she hopes to help save the cheetah population and protect endangered animals around the world.
